Started off bad, Ended up good.
I'm not heartless, but emotionless.How should i put it? My dad called me in the morning(alright, not exactly early in the morning. around 11 plus?), told me that my grandma had passed away. My first reaction wasn't to tear, but shocked. I wasn't that fretful to quickly bathe, make-up, change or what-so-ever but taking my own sweet time to eat, to use the computer, then to bathe and stuff like that.
And i shouldn't have pick up the call from my dad. Alright, some of you may think i'm really a heartless person lah but seriously, i'm not. It just crossed my mind: how am i suppose to react when i see grandma? should i tear like the crocodiles? or should i just treat it as "someone in my family" had passed away? I pondered.
When sister and i reached, most of them looks okay but a little still tearing. For me? Neither. I was pretty incensed >.< It's Taoism funeral, die. I think for the next 3 years i can't get angbaos already, plus i can't wear things like red and other bright colours! Miserable. Frankly speaking, i don't like to attend such thing, except is a christian funeral service. Hey hey, it's not because i'm a christian but there will be joss sticks lighting up, polluting the air with burning papers, wasting the papers still, etc. Wait. I just don't like this stuff from young, so don't blame anything on christianity. Thank God, i'm able to go for service. Hahahaha perhaps my "argues" were right to my dad and he let me off to service :DDDD I was like, "Hallelujah! i'm staying here no more. Yay!" Service was good, though nearly dozed off. Carol, as our first birthday girl of the year, had so much fun taking "sexy" photos with guys. Shall post some of them here. Carol Toh Xueting
